How about a nice Christmas card with a personal note in it from you thanking him/her for all the good care and kindness he/she has shown you throughout the past year?

It would depend on the type of Doctor. I gave my old allergist a Laundrypure. I don't have allergies anymore after I started using it and not using detergent.

If you work for him, then a really nice ornament or a centerpiece for a table...if he's your doctor, don't give him anything.
