That is an amazing question. I assume you are asking this for yourself. Only you have the answer to the question though.
What expresses my soul may or may not express your soul. At this time I like to look at Dutch still lifes and the work of Rafael Peale. Fruit in a bowl-so lush and alive---seems timeless (and I like that)
The more art and art forms you can experience--and the more you find out about yourself---the more you will be closer to your answer. Your answer, moreover, will change over time. as will mine.
What you find deeply rewarding and thought provoking now may not do that for you in 5 years. Keep searching--you are looking for your soul through art ---and that is an infinite quest. Enjoy!

I'd have to be more familiar with my soul to know what might express it--that said, Frank Lloyd Wright makes my soul happy, like art that's come back from some future time to give us the peace, comfort, and joy of the world that surrounds us. . .

Abstract expressionism oil paintings that you can just splash some doodle and scribbles on the canvas board and then tell and fake it to the art gallery like it's a true master's work that deserves 2 million US dollars like jackson pollocks.
