The drip method is much safer and easier on the fish.

That will work fine, you don't need O2 in the bag. I sell angels bagged with normal air all the time, they last 12+ hours at auctions without any problem. Float acclimating for that short amount of time doesn't require O2.

if its from one tank to the other and not from the store just like a normal plastic bag then no because it dosent hvae oxygen in it but if its from the store its fine then thats what your supposed to do

thats what ur supposed to do. make sure you keep the bag in the tank for 15-20 minutes.
