Someone you hate hugged you?
If someone hugged you that you dislike and don't trust, you would have a very bad feeling. Sick to your stomach would be a good description of the bad feeling.
Are you afraid they're going to hug you again? Can you keep out of reach?
Do you need to tell someone?
Protect yourself.

It is normal to feel sick to your stomach, however, why the person just suddenly hugged you, that's not really normal.

I don't think it's normal.

Then again, I also experience this someone I hate, too. Every time he hugs me, I have to fight the impulse to throw my sweater into the laundry machine. The last time he kissed me on my shoulder, I freaked out and tried to figure out how to burn my sweater. (My poor sweater. =/)

So, yeah. I don't think this is normal.

Do you think you can get away from that person you dislike?

It's normal- alright. You've got to "get over" whatever it is that's "bugging you" about this Guy- because it's "eating you up inside..." Call a "Truce"; let the bad feelings GO- and GET ON WITH your life... NOBODY'S worth self-destructing about...

yes, it's totally normal. . .does that person know that you hate him? if he does than what you should do next time is to push that person away if ever that person tries to hug you again. . . don't be a hypocrite.
