Asking the same question isnt going to get you more answers. Just check your last post and you should have your answer. If you are looking for a certain answer then get a clue..your not suited for that position or someone woulda said that last time.

Damn-it-boy...I didn't know anyone ran the wishbone anymore...I LOVE that formation! Very few teams can defend the wish-bone anymore. You are right, unless you are super quick, you'll be on the line...let your coaches guide you in where your talents can be most advantageous. Your not big enough for center but let them guide you...it's their job. The front line is the foundation of the whole formation, without you, nothing else happens!

Center...If your powerful you won't get blown back by the nose guard. Maybe tackle since you are 290. I would stay away from Guard because they have a lot of pull schemes that require some fast movement.

you should play guard or center because you do not have to guard those fast D-ends and insted you could over power a DT witch are usually not as fast and they have less room to work with in the middle of the line or NT or DT for stoping the run

From the way you write a sentence, I'm thinking tackle. Guards sometime have to pull and know the count. I wouldn't want you to move to soon, or to late for that matter. Centers have too much responsibility.

Defense Tackle

it depends on the makeup of your team. offensive linemen that can play both tackle and guard positions are more valuable than one that just plays one spot. I would say left guard.... you will protect a right handed qb from his blind side and play an important part of setting up the pocket, your pass blocking skills will be important here.

Center the reason is because in the wishbone there is a lot of offesive line pulling

I think tackle would be a great spot so that you can bulldoze those smaller defensive ends in your run oriented offense. That wishbone formation can smash people!

Work on your weakness, make yourself quicker that way you will have more options. learn to catch the ball, maybe tight end or fullback.
If you can drop a few pounds might help also.
otherwise there is always water boy.
