If you want something to take care of algae, do it yourself. Not what you want to hear, but it's the truth. Loaches and catfish and most bottom dwellers don't eat it.
Plecos and other 'algae eaters' may eat some, but they won't keep the tank clean for you and they need to be fed other stuff. Many types will stop eating algae altogether eventually, and most outgrow small tanks. They also poop a ton, which creates more nitrates and phosphates, which creates more algae...

All it takes is 5 minutes of your time each week to scrape it off, and you won't poop it back into the tank.

Loaches don't eat algae at all. Some of them eat snails, but none of the eat algae. Nothing wrong with you loach, except maybe it's hungry.
