I kind of disagree with all the answers here. 'Que sera?' means 'What will it be?'. What everyone here quotes as the translation is actually the following line of the song which is the answer to the question: 'whatever will be will be'.

A 'wire' is slang for a listening device. Basically a microphone so the feds can listen to what is being said. Back in the day, the old ones indeed had a wire running from them, I suppose the latest ones wouldn't have the wire. The smaller the better!

If you don't understand the language but you know what it means, it probably means you're old enough to remember Doris Day singing it.

Just like the song goes: "Whatever will be, will be." Or, don't worry about it in other words. You don't have control over everything in life.
