My opinions:
Angels:
-Ace: John Lackey, with Jon Garland a close second.
-Hitter: Vladimir Guerrero
-Pen: Francisco Rodriguez... C'mon.... It's K-Rod.
Astros:
-Ace: Roy Oswalt
-Hitter: Lance Berkman... although he's fading
-Pen: Probably Chad Qualls- Look for them to make a move though
A's:
-Ace: Dan Haren
-Hitter: Eric Chavez
-Pen: Huston Street- great young shutdown closer.
Blue Jays:
-Ace: Roy Halladay
-Hitter: Alex Rios- He's an up and coming star.
-Pen: BJ Ryan- When he's healthy... He's a beast.
Braves:
-Ace: Tim Hudson- I'm worried about his durability this season.
-Hitter: Chipper Jones, Mark Teixeria is a close second, along with Francour... why are their names so hard to spell?
-Pen: Mike Gonzalez-Closer... When healthy, he'll anchor the pen.
Brewers:
-Ace: Ben Sheets... When he's hurt, this team is nothing.
-Hitter: Ryan Braun... Kid's a beast, he's the real deal.
-Pen: With the departure of Cordero, I gotta go with Derrick Turnbow... Great stuff.
Cardinals:
-Ace: Adam Wainwright- I think Carpenter's career is basically over.
-Hitter: Pujols... duh
-Pen: Braden Looper- Better than Carpenter in my opinion.
Cubs:
-Ace: Carlos Zambrano
-Hitter: Alfonso Soriano
-Pen: Scott Eyre... I think Dempster is weak...
Diamondbacks:
-Ace: Brandon Webb
-Hitter: Chris Young
-Pen: Jose Valverde: Great pitcher, very underrated.
Dodgers:
-Ace: Brad Penny
-Hitter: Russell Martin
-Pen: Jonathan Broxton, a future elite closer
Giants:
-Ace: Tim Lincecum... May be headed to Reds... In which case Zito is ace... I think Zito's time as an elite pitcher is limited.
-Hitter: Not very good offense on this team... I'll go with a guy with some potential and take Fred Lewis.
-Pen: Brad Hennessey- Only real great bullpen pitcher on this team.
Indians:
-Ace: CC Sabbathia, Carmona gets 2nd
-Hitter: Pronk (Travis Hafner), also Grady Sizemore, and Victor Martinez... Lots of good hitters.
-Pen: Joe Borowski- Bullpen is weakest part of this team.
Mariners:
-Ace: Felix Hernandez... he stays healthy and he's top notch
-Hitter: Ichiro
-Pen: JJ Putz, the unfortunately named closer is one of baseball's best.
Marlins:
-Ace: Scott Olson- With Willis gone, the pitching is young with no real leader...
-Hitter: With Cabrera gone, I'd say Hanley Ramirez.
-Pen: Taylor Tankersley- Great young reliever.
Mets:
-Ace: Normally Pedro, but if he's injured I'd say John Maine.
-Hitter: David Wright/Jose Reyes
-Pen: Billy Wagner... duh
Nationals:
-"Ace": John Patterson I guess...
-Hitter: Ryan Church
-Pen: Chad Cordero, although Rauch is pretty good too.
Orioles:
-Ace: Erik Bedard- Very underrated pitcher
-Hitter: Miguel Tejada
-Pen: Chris Ray
Padres:
-Ace: Chris Young
-Hitter: Prolly Kevin Kouzmanoff.
-Pen: Trevor Hoffman... He's still great, Cla Meredith gets 2nd.
Phillies:
-Ace: Cole Hamels- great stuff
-Hitter: Ryan Howard/Rollins/Utley
-Pen: Brad Lidge
Pirates:
-Ace: Tom Gorzelanny
-Hitter: Adam Laroche or Jason Bay
-Pen: I guess it's gotta be Solomon Torres...
Rangers:
-Ace: Kevin Millwood, not much depth on this rotation.
-Hitter: Michael Young.
-Pen: Akinori Otsuka
Rays:
-Ace: Scott Kazmir when healthy
-Hitter: Carl Crawford
-Pen: Dan Wheeler, good young guy with closer stuff.
Red Sox:
-Ace: Josh Beckett
-Hitter: So much depth, but I'll go with Big Papi, when he's good, so are the BoSox.
-Pen: Okajima... Just Kidding... Jonathan Papelbon of course.
Reds: My favorite team, so I should be good here..
-Ace: Aaron Harang, but look for Homer Bailey to begin dominating.
-Hitter: Josh Hamilton, Brandon Phillips, Adam Dunn.
-Pen: Newly acquired Francisco Cordero.
Rockies:
-Ace: Taylor Buckholz... One weakness of Rockies... a big one though.
-Hitting: Matt Holliday
-Pen: Fuentes, I guess... they need another good reliever tho.
Royals:
-Ace: Luke Hochevar, he'll be good.
-Hitting: Alex Gordon will be good, but Mark Teahen is another sleeper.
-Pen: Joakim Soria was a great Rule 5 pick.
Tigers:
-Ace: Justin Verlander... Man that is a beastly rotation...
-Hitting: I-Rod and Placido Polanco... but the winners? Miguel Cabrera and Magglio Ordoñez.
-Pen: Although Todd Jones is the closer, the best guy outta the pen is Joel Zumaya.
Twins:
-Ace: For now it's Santana obviously, but once he's gone they'll turn to Francisco Liriano... assuming he's healthy...
-Hitting: Justin Morneau and Joe Mauer.
-Pen: Joe Nathan
White Sox:
-Ace: Mark Buerhle
-Hitter: Jermaine Dye... look for Josh Fields to step up though.
-Pen: Scott Linebrink has great stuff.
Yankees:
-Ace: Right now it's Wang cuz of his experience. Look for Philip Hughes or Joba Chamberlain to take over though.
-Hitter: Alex Rodriguez... MVP
-Pen: Mariano Rivera... back...
Okay... I spent a good 45 minutes on this... wow...

I would suggest breaking this question down into smaller portions, you won't get too many answers the way you have it phrased now.
