Enjoy it... stick mainly with coffee and regulate it so that you are drinking several cups throughout the day.
In the long run, coffee is actually good for you and reduces your chances of getting type 2 diabetes by 67% and your chances of having liver problems by 20%.

Throttle back slowly. First, stop with the pills. Those things are awful. If you can't stop them all at once, cut the number you take in half. Then in half again, then done, over a couple of weeks. Then drink one less cup of coffee for a couple of days, then one less than that, and so on.
Might make for a few unpleasant days, but eminently doable.
I did it myself. Good luck.

Drink half-caff when ever possible, and lose the pills. Use Excedrine Tension headache - it's best for caffeine withdrawl. Drink lots of water. You'll be alright.

mix decaf with regular. slowly working to all decaf- may take a few months. Try hot teas. green, black, white, herbal. Sometimes the action of having a cup or mug in your hand is what relaxes you- soothing to breathe in the aroma and warmth.
Don't do what happened to me at 13- Dr put me one phenobarbital. Finally got off that then another doctor put me on Librium.
Finally got my act together.
