I didn't play at all any of theteams that played in the playoffs this year, no matter be it on FOX or TBS, vbut I think that there are a lot of answers here, and maybe some good quesses, but it would always be great to have a source to go along with your answer.

TBS sucks. Fox's insurance is greater helpful, whether they do have undesirable announcers. TBS's announcers are not somewhat any stable the two however, and their insurance is worse. i could bypass with Fox right here.
