Whenever I try to log onto Deviantart, Youtube or Quizilla it just goes back to the log in page saying to log in. I tried allowing all cookies in my internet explorer's but nothing changed...It's a pretty new computer as well. What's wrong with it?

Sounds like the person who installed your platform, made a real mess of your new pc. I would just return the pc back to where you purchased and have them reinstall the platform all over again. Make sure that you view everything that the person is doing. Don't allow the person to make a copy of your CD, with your platform and registration key.
There are some criminal type clerks who will do just that and install your registry key into another persons computer.

Get yourself help from the store you got at ,and tell them what happen and if that doesnt work get your money back and get a new one .Get a sony vaio thats what Ihave and it works great.GOOD LUCK!!!

take it to a computer store or try to get it replaced
