I don't see it happening. You can't just "make" money from nothing. You have to do something for it. How about transferring a buck from a VISA or something. Go get a prepaid VISA from 7-11 and do that.

If you sell something as a buy it now on ebay, amazon, etc. and someone buys it that's the only way to get money in the paypal account unless you transfer money from your banking account to your paypal account
