OK here you go. I sign up for Fantasy Football on NFL.com and found out that it was 150$. However, I did not enter any correct information (address,name,phone#). Can they trace my computer and find me?

Yes, as they probably have your IP address. I doubt if they will do anything, because I don't see where there is a crime, just because you signed up. If you used a credit card with false information, this is a crime. Quite sure that "Fantasy Football", has better things to do then try and hunt down a person who gave them false info.

Signing up and making an actual transaction with a credit card is like apple and oranges. No crime if you just gave them false info.

Yes. And they tell you what it costs before you sign up. They have a legal right to take appropriate action.
