I did something with some type of security setting and now I can't open my Mary Kay web site. I know I have the right password and id, 100% possitive of that. If anybody can help, I would be VERY grateful. I have orders that need to be checked on.

Please go to your "Tools", at the top of our IE page, and open, then open, Internet Options. Look at "security", and check that the setting are medium-high, then open "privacy", and check that the settings is at medium.

Open Internet Explorer

Click on the Tools menu/button

Open Internet Options

Click on Security Tab

Click on Trusted sites check mark

Enter the root of the Mary Kay site into the window and click add.
The root would be the http:// www.marykay.com or what ever. Do not add anything after the .com, even if the log on window has more.

Hit OK or Apply as needed to exit and try your log in again.

If this does not work then post back what you tried and we can suggest other possible cures.

The person who suggested yahoo is an idiot. You should contact google about the issue and check whether you haven't blocked the site or whatever as you may be using filtering software. Where are you trying to access google from??
