I don't exactly understand your question but if your asking "can you be infertile even if you ejaculate" then the answer is yes. When a male is infertile, it means the sperm are dead / non-existent. The sperm are "transported" via the semen. So if they're dead they can't fertilize an egg but the semen is still present.

Infertility is a widespread problem. For about one in five infertile couples the problem lies solely in the male partner. It is estimated that one in 20 men has some kind of fertility problem with low numbers of sperm in his ejaculate. However, only about one in every 100 men has no sperm in his ejaculate. In most cases, there are no obvious signs of infertility. Intercourse, erections and ejaculation will usually happen without difficulty. The quantity and appearance of the ejaculated semen generally appears normal to the naked eye. Medical tests are needed to find out if a man is infertile. Consult to an infertility specialist to know all about infertility. Dr. Parul Katiyar is a well known Gynecologist specializing in infertility, reproductive medicine and reproductive endocrinology. She has over 9 years of clinical experience in this field and has successfully treated hundreds of infertile couples from all over India and abroad.

Infertility and ejaculation are different. In ejaculation, you will discharge semen. In fertility, the semen should have sufficient sperms. If the sperms are absent, it is called as infertility. One can perform regular sex even without sperms.

Difficult expression, I must say.
If a man has a vasectomy, he will still ejaculate but no sperm.
He will not become infertile after ejaculation. It keeps on keepin' on.
