The NIE is not 100% accurate. If they are wrong, then your question is based on your hatred of Bush.

Did it occur to you that the same "Intelligence community" that reported a nuke development program in Iraq that is the center of all the "Bush lied" rhetoric, are now telling us that Iran doesn't have a nuke program.
Are we supposed to believe this? Or what?
I guess some of us will if its good news, and to heck with the issue of their credibility. This report has once more exposed the hypocrisy of lib cool aid sippers.

People are unbelievable. This report changes nothing. Right now Iran is trying to enrich uranium. What good is a nuke program if you can't enrich uranium? So they put the program on the back burner. If they gain the ability to enrich uranium, they can restart their nuke program again. The report goes on to say that Iran could get nuke capabilities in the next 3-7 years. Hello!! That is not that far away. That will be during the next president's tenure, especially if they are a 2 term president.

What lies?! Did it ever occur to you that Iran stopped nuclear development in 2003 coincidentally at the same time that an international trafficker in such information was caught, convicted, and jailed? For all we know, they don't have to buy any additional information or products to create a nuclear weapon because they have already bought the blue prints. They are still enriching uranium and they're not doing it as a hobby.

Moreover, the President doesn't create intelligence; he is told what's going on. If you care so much, why not push your Democrat congress to stop downsizing intelligence operations and fund it so it can function optimally?

Ok, now try and understand this, according to the NIE, Saddam had WMDs and that's one reason we went to war, and now you are expecting the president to believe them now. You realize that the Israelis do not agree with this report. Your Bush derangement syndrome is showing.

Did it ever occur to you that there is something wrong here?

If they stopped 4 years ago...why the hell do we know now?

I mean someone had to start the clock at some point?

That's not what the article said.

Read it yourself.

P.S. The proper form of address is "President Bush".

Your question makes you sound like a redneck using the "n" word.

Bush can only do what he has been taught since birth as the fruit does not fall far from the tree.

Neo-cons cherry pick what they want and blatantly ignore the rest. This is how they create their own versions of reality.
