The credit bureau's do not disclose this information, but it is based on your credit history.

Experian uses Experian FICO(Fair Isaac)
Transunion uses Empirica Score
Equifax uses Beacon Score

Most companies use one bureau for consumer loans... dealers will sometimes use a score adjusted for how well you pay your car loans... and companies usually use all 3 for mortgages. Commercial loans have their own seperate credit, depending on what type of company is applying.

MyFico.com is the official website of the company that developed the FICO score. It has information about what affects your score. NO ONE can tell you exactly how the score is calculated. ONLY FICO actually knows and they won't tell anyone.
