There is this girl that I've kinda had a lil bit of a crush on for a couple years... but recently my gf and I have broken up and I am now single again!
Well this girl I kinda have a crush on, I've been having a poke war with for a week or two now... I want to talk to her, but I never see her given that I'm in college and we don't have any classes together because I'm an engineer... I mean I'm pretty outgoing, but what do you say to girl that all she knows you through is poking on facebook?

I do know the girl is a real girl, her and I lived in the same dorm freshmen year. I never had a chance to get to know her due to the difference in the group of friends we had....

Just get her number and ask her on a date. Be completely honest by telling her that you're interested in getting to know her better and then just take her somewhere where you can do just that. If you can't get her number, just ask over email or facebook, but girls appreciate a call much more.
If you're straight forward with your intentions, you will save a lot of time by not wasting it playing games, or in this case "poke wars." If she says yes, no more wasting time poking, but time well spent on a date. If she says no, then no more wasting time with a girl you wouldn't have gotten anyways.

So with this girl, other then engaging in a poking war, have you messaged her on facebook? Perhaps there is something interesting you could ask her from her profile interests and if you both go to the same college, you could ask her to grab a coffee with you sometime.

Boring answers so far, THis is really easy...get creative with asking her to hang out with you by relating something you have in common....for example: "Hey I'm tired of virtually poking you, maybe I can poke you for real! At Starbucks or Laser Tag tomorow night! YOu in?" Than just have a date. I've done it before, hasn't failed me yet.

The problem is you do not even know if the "girl" is a girl or what age the person may be.
Be very careful giving out personal information over the internet.
Be cautious meeting anyone you have only communicated with over the internet.

get her msn or email or watever and c if she has a webcam, make sure she is real lol never be too sure. then just do wat ever happens
