Do ethnic minorities have a lower sense of self-efficacy than the majority?

I'm trying to look for studies on this (mainly I'm wondering about in an academic setting, i.e at school), and of most of them cost $. From what I've seen, the results are varied. Any experts out there?

It does vary, location of study makes a difference, religious upbringing, to many variables to say definite.
