Have you ever met someone that thought so much like you that you were convinced they were your mental clone?

My mentally ill clone maybe. Well that's not fair to the other person. I have met a couple of people who surprised me by saying things that I had thought but never told anyone. And there are a handful of people that I share comedic rhythm with, a kind of insane, hilarious response to life.
