Just curious. I sometimes make small little comments to my guy friends and I wanna know if I'm making them uncomfortable. I could just ask them but they'd say "yes, it makes me uncomfortable" no matter what. x.x

Well,Josh.. some men have to act all... macho.. so yes,it makes them feel weird.

In a word - uncomfortable. It's happened to me before a couple times, and it's just odd. While I suppose it's always nice to be complimented, and to an extent it's flattering, it definitely has the potential to make things uncomfortable for everyone. I just politely said that I'm not gay, so I wasn't interested. And that was pretty much that. The second time, I asked the person why they thought I would be gay, and he said "I didn't really. Not many people around here are... I just figured it'd be better to take a chance and ask anyway." While I didn't really care too much, I could see a lot of guys being offended by their "accusation." I would only be angry/annoyed if he continued to press after I was polite once.

As long as a straight guy is sure of his sexual preference (secure of his sexuality) it doesn't really bother him if you just kid around or joke around by hitting on him every once in a while. Respect him though and don't take it to far, we don't like it for say but will tolerate it a few times here and there. If you take it to far you will end up not having this guy as a friend anymore or even worse get beat down. Good luck and behave and respect others.

It doesn't bother me if they flirt, it's if they harrass me (Never Happened yet) that I would get edgey. Some guys are totally disgusted when it happens (Homophobes, or closet Gay?) I think they are hillarious. I always ask them. "Do you think just 'cause a guy is gay that "you" are the object of their desire? Grow up."

all hetrosexuals are the same they don't want to be fancied but get upset if they are not and that works for guys and gals but they like to know you like them so yes they do like it in a small way don't go over the top with your comments and they will be fine

Yes I think it is really weird. Not bc I am all macho. Because it is someone of the same sex that wants to do things with me... You must admit that if you are straight it is kinda creepy having someone of the same sex hit on you..

some guys do and some don't...all depends on the guy.....i have a gay friend and he flirts with some guys that are straight...most of them didn't mind, but one guy flipped out. it all depends on the guy.
