how does a person find out if a family member has a will if the person is now deceased?thanks

if the deceased had a will, the laywer where the will was made out, would contact anyone that was in the will, once the person has died. the will would be read in probate court, as long as there is a family member that is in charge of the probate of the estate of the deceased.

File a case of mandamus in court so that the supposed relatives or friends of the decedent will be ordered to present the will for probate.

I dont think you can. Its against the law. or they just dont have one.
