you need to in all probability have a sty, this is an infection of the sebaceous gland of the eyelid. yet do no longer freak. this is totally easily cured, and not uncommon in any respect. As for the twitching, nicely, you have a muscle that twitches in specific circumstances. I easily have that too. stable success :)

It might be that you're in front of the computer for too long or that you might be playing video games wither too much or for too long. Don't worry cuz it happens to me and I feel like the whole world is just looking at my eye!

You might be low on electrolytes try taking something with magnesium and potassium in it. It may help with the eye spasms.
Or maybe you just need more sleep.
