it depends on how your conversation went.....
in a fight..it usually means FORGET IT, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DON'T GET IT or shes just over whatever you two are fighting about.
in a regular conversation...usually means EITHER WAY IS GOOD WITH HER.

Just goes to show you that women can't communicate directly which is why guys can never understand them. Frankly I would rather hear it "whatever it is" than just assume I understood the code

It means... whatever. That she doesn't wish to fight about it, that it's just not an important enough issue and she doesn't mind if you have your own way... so you can do as you want with it.
