my fiance cleans her vaginal area after sex could this stop her from getting pregnant, or could she still get pregnant.

If its the outside of the vagina, then its not going to interfere with conception. If she douches then it might.

Cleaning up after sex is fine. Whatever gets cleaned up on the outside doesn't compare to the millions that got away on the inside :) Just make sure she's not douching.

If you orgasmed inside of her, she can get pregnant no matter if its immediate that she cleans herself. Once the boys are loose, they're on a mission.

Um yeah she can deffinetly still get pregnant. She's not cleaning out the sperm.
