why are masses different from a triple beam balance and the electronic balance?

Assuming you are using the balences correctly, no vibration, they are level, not affected by air currents, etc, it is probably due to lack of calibration or lack or resolution. If one or both balences have not calibrated recently, one or both may have an error. If one measures to the nearest gram and other weighs to the nearest 10 grams, you may see a different result.
