If you were a non-profit, there would be grants for you. You can check with your local officials (city, county) to see about certain grants (tax breaks) for opening a business, say, in a certain area of your town. Check with the SBA.gov for help. And also, take some classes at the local college for a basic accounting course, and Small Business Management - the course (SBM) I took was super! Before you ask for a loan, you will need a Business Plan, including financial information (i.e., how much rent will be, untilities, set up costs such as signs, phones, etc). Good Luck!

You might be able to get a loan for part of what you need. Unless a relative is willing to give you money towards it, you aren't going to get "free money" for it.
