Rather than being remembered as one of the greatest post-seasons pitchers of all time, he's just going to be remembered as a horse's behind who was too dumb and too ignorant to shut his yap. It's sad...

He's a future HOF pitcher but I HATE his politics!

He let's his religious beliefs cloud his judgment of candidates & parties.
In my opinion at least.

Oh, for crying out loud! What in the heck is wrong with ballplayers talking? You don't have to agree with them. The only thing I give a hoot about is how they play. What do you want? A bunch of colorless, silent robotons? Schilling, Manny, Ozzie, Sheffield, and all the other guys who pipe up are adding color to a sport slowly gasping on itself. When Berra and Stengel and Durocher and Piersoll were around, there WERE no slow days and let me tell you -- NOBODY LIKED DUROCHER!!! Schillings got 3,000 strike outs and might get 300 wins. He's earned the right to talk.

It's always been his stigma. I'm not gonna call him a big mouth, just call him "provocative". It's part of his game also (I'm a Yankee fan by the way). That's how he keeps himself hyped and (unfortunately) if that's how he wins games, so be it. Remember, when he was younger, they called him and...I can't remember the other pitcher "The Nasty Boys". He was worst then, remember the towel thing during the Philly's World Series loss?

vt500ascott2 would be remebered as a point 3 with purely 8% applicable solutions. Why does he placed up one in each of those question? Why does a infant-kisser watch baseball? One small correction from us decrease type to the I cant spell so properly genious. it is plebeians

Just because he is a good pitcher and has money he seems to think we all care about his opinions. He's wrong.

Oops. I don't know what he said, but honestly, I wish that ALL celebrities would not think that being famous gives them some sort of special insight into politics.
