I usually put the pudding skin between 2 slices of whole wheat bread and have it for lunch with a side salad.

Yes, especially on chocolate pudding. I never eat instant chocolate, just so I can cook it and get a nice thick skin. Yum.

i don't LOVE it but i can eat it.

One time when my sister was 4 yrs old, she sneaked into the dining room right before some guests came over and ate all the tops of the pudding
