Cpt. Bear-The Patriot Act. Clients who have ties to Al Qaeda & have harbored terrorists overrides lawyer/client priviledge. Homeland Security!! i didn't invent it. He was asked to disclose it & so far has refused.

He can release his client list if he wanted without divulging their communication. The question is why doesn't he want to?

Ever hear of lawyer-client confidentiality, where communications with one's lawyer are considered private and confidential?

Not defending that right, but that is the reason most legal information is not released to the public.

I seriously doubt KSM is a client, and if you knew who KSM was you probably would not have asked.

Lawyer/Client confidentiality is sacred. Its the same as Catholic priest hearing a confession, he's not supposed to disclose any contents whatsoever.

Is that the one that blew up the Trade Center the first time and the lady attorney was giving messages to his cronnies on who to knock off? If so that will be interesting. take care.

if i was his client i wont want my name out in the open. there is no guentee that he will become the next president, so why tick off any client he already has. i am proud he can stand by his client and protect their right to privacy.
