Hi, I'm currently in my second year of college right now and I am somewhat concerned for my orgo chem grade for the fall semetser. I am a chem/pre-pharmacy major and right now, I am somewhere on the borderline of a high C to a low B in class. Will it hurt my chances to get into pharmacy schools later on?? I am planning to take the second part of organic next semester but I am so afraid, especially because our final exam is coming up. I am also taking calculus I and biology which I am doing very good but I'm just concerned with chem. Positive comments would be great.

Organic chemistry is one of your most important grades. You need a B in it to be competitive. They use that grade to determine if you can succeed in pharmacy school.

You're worrying too much. Try your best on your final and pull off the B. A high C won't hurt you if your Organic Chem II grade is higher. What's looked at grades wise is improvement to show that you've matured.
