If you mean System Restore: Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools

Dell laptop? Dell desktop? Desktop:Try Start>Control Panel>(and in Category View-you're offered category view, or Classic View, up on top left)>Performance and Maintenance>System Restore,(left side top) Laptop: Try F12

Read your manual or look for a recovery CD that came with the computer. The information about how to do a full system recovery ought to be in the manual.

i don't know if this will work, but try this....go to Start - All Programs - Accessories - System tools - and click on System Restore. I think it should prompt you to pick a prior date you want your computer to resort back to how it was on that date.

I think you have to hold down f11 while booting check the dell website

Go to START Lower left, then when it opens choose All PROGRAMS Then ASSECCORIES, then SYSTEM TOOLS and then SYSTEM RESTORE.
Pretty easy.
