I would suggest an Acer Laptop as a preference for the price and naturally Dell would be an excellent choice for long time reliability. If price is an issue it would be a search for a refurb computer from the manufacturer.
What do I have:
1. Compaq Business Desktop
2. System Max Business Desktop
3. Two Acer Aspire Laptop computers
4. One Gateway notebook computer
5. One IBM ThinkPad notebook
6. Dell Inspiron Laptop, the one I am using now.
The question may be why, because I work on computers for a hobby and I enjoy using them.

Mackbook Pro.
This is an expensive computer but it will be the last computer you will have to buy for about 5 years. This computer can run Both operating systems. But why would you want windows? All the programs are already included with the purchase of Mac. She can get a student discount with ID. I know, i have a Macbook. Apple's are just like any other electronic. Get the applecare. It can be discounted as well.

females that age kinda basically want to be older, so some thing like a bag or makeup or fragrance (like some thing suiting a 13-12 months previous) might want to provide her some thing to reveal off to her pals. attempt asking your moms and dads if she's requested for some thing certain or basically often spend time at the same time with her and attempt to get some tricks about what she likes. The 13 years olds i comprehend dont end speaking about the in problem and their pals! sturdy success :)

I like HP and IBM.
Also there is a place online where you can buy refurbished notebooks - they are rebuilt like new. I bought one at www.usanotebooks.com That is a great site to buy used notebooks. I hope it helps.
