Ok A couple months ago I got arrested for giving false name and information,Driving while license suspended/revokes(3rd time),Criminal attempt to commit a crime,and Possession of tools to commit a crime.My court date is on the 12th of december what kind of punishment am I looking at?And how should I handle this situation and also it is my 3rd offense driving on a suspended but I pled nolo to one charge.

Well your best hope is that they don't send you down before christmas. Seriously. You are looking at a minimum of a 5 year driving ban if they can proove the other offences. Trying to pervert the course of justice ie false name and address is a prison sentence though this could be commuted to community service. Criminal attempts act IE going equiped, what were you carrying?
Best bet is
Admit to the driving, the ones they can proove , get your barrister to quash the going equiped or you'll fight it in court. say your sorry for the false details and say you'll accept a 3 year ban and a retest and costs but minimal fine and gop for a pre-trial deal
