some people are worried about losing their point because once someone becomes a contact they can see your questions and some trolls report all your questions and then your account gets deleted, so some won't allow people with less then 1000pts unless they know the person...=-)

lol I don't know. I mean does anyone really know anyone else on here? Other than email, Im, and yahoo Answers. The ones that aren't being blocked are probably the ones that need to be.

Because some contacts abuse the contact system and use it to search for past answers/questions to give violations.
