You could get some yarn and knit a little sweater for your guinea pig. I doubt you'll be able to find a fish leash anywhere. Why would you even want to leash a fish in the first place?

You cannot put a leash on a fish.
Your guinea pig doesn't need clothes. He/she already has a fur coat.
