I don't quite understand this question. But i will answer it to the extend that i do. Are you saying what are the bad qualities in humans, or qualities that aren't much important? If so there are many, but that all depends on your opinion. Qualities that most people find not so good can be the following: selfish, stubborn, bossy, rude, mean, impatient, unfriendly, and the list goes on. It's up to you to make that list. But also keep in mind that you shouldn't look at peoples flaws and bad qualities it's alright to know but shouldn't be your focus.
