dont act like its all your fault or you are accusing her of being unsatisfied, ask what else you could do to spice it up or make it more enjoyable for her, make her feel like she is being put on a pedastool, not that you are knocking yourself down.

Improve your physical fitness, so you have more stamina and can go longer, or more than once, or both. Also, lots of foreplay before actual penetration. Use your fingers at the same time, so she will be more stimulated. Read lots of books about it. Be nice to her, and generally loving most of the time, helping out with stuff. Tell her you love her often.

You need to just talk to her. You don't need to assume things. It's perfectly healthy and normal for a couple to be able to talk about their sex life and how it can be improved. Most women will tell you that it really isn't all about size.....alot of men who are smaller can do other good things. You just need to make sure you're really good at those "other" things!
