on my computer. today i was playing this cd song on my computer player there is a problem it wouldnt open the door . its i try to restart my computer to see just will open but it wouldnt . is there any way i can open it.

Should be a small hole on the front of player.....just straighten out a gem clip and push it in the hole.....it will push the drawer open.

There should a small pin hole in the side of the player. Insert a paper clip and it should pop open.
