is the great barrier reef a big attraction in queensland and does it cost alot and what are the prices?

If you are in Cairns and like to go out onto the Reef prices start at $90 - inlcudes Cruise, snorkeling on the reef etc - a worth while trip - The Great Barrier Reef is so BIG, and one of the best tourist attractions in Australia.

big attraction? It's so big it's HUMUNGUS!
it is so big they can not built it inside an aquarium. It is 3000 km or 1800 miles long and sits along the Queensland coastline.

Does it cost a lot? Yes - you need to pay me $1000 to see it - and that is only for 30 minutes! Payable in advance.

Only joking - about the prices! LOL

There is NO cost to see it. All you need to do is walk into the sea and.... THERE IT IS!!

it's the biggest living organism in the world, so yes it would be a big attraction. it's also very pretty and runs down a fair chunk of the coast of Queensland. As for cost ?? really depends on you, do you want to go on a diving or snorkeling tour, do you just want to swim into the water and splash around with a pair of goggles?
