First: (5x)(2x) = 10x^2
Outer: (5x)(-3) = -15x
Inner: (-2)(2x) = -4x
Last: (-2)(-3) = +6

Added together and combining like terms

10x^2 - 19x + 6

FOIL - first, outer, inner last
5x*2x = 10x^2
5x*(-3) = -15x
-2*2x = -4x
-2*(-3) = 6
collect like terms (the -15x and -4x), which are the outer and inner terms
10x^2 -19x +5
