I don't know why your girlfriend does this. Why don't you ask her? I've never tried to make any man sit down while peeing. All I ask is that they clean up any splatter and that they put the seat down after they're done.

I've never tried to make a man sit down to go to the bathroom. That's weird...and nothing really surprises me anymore. I've never ever heard of a woman making this request.

Why would she do this? My guess would be you peed on the seat one too many times and didn't clean up after yourself. But that's really only a major nuisance if a woman really needs to use the bathroom and that extra second wiping the seat off would be one second too long.

I'm gonna assume that you sit for number 2's. Don't want to think about anyone doing otherwise actually.

Honestly...if anyone is trying to control you all the way down to your bowel movements...you're probably better off not being with that person. It's either that or get a good lock for that bathroom door. ;)

Who cares relating to the rest room seat. All I ask is which you WASH your arms when you FLUSH the rest room. Oh, and in case you ignored considering the fact which you peed interior the path of the night, wipe it up earlier I step on it or take a seat on a moist rest room seat. If and once you get married and have women, be warned. they could be worse than men while dealing with tampons and pads. this is plenty worse while they forget approximately to flush or forget approximately to throw it interior the rubbish. Oh...and in case you have a canines and teens who forget approximately to place the trash lid down in the time of "that factor of the month", do no longer enable your canines lick your face.

I don't expect that at all from my husband or our three sons. It is natural for men to stand upright while urinating, why would I want to change that?
Only thing I ask though, seeing all of the household cleaning duties are my responsibility, is that they clean up any spilt mess on the floor or toilet seat. I think that's reasonable.
I don't appreciate it when I go to the loo and step in a puddle of someone elses wee. Same goes for changing toilet rolls. I do it, so rules are in the house, if toilet roll is finished, change the damn thing.

I've never heard of that practice. I know a lot of men are slobs about peeing into the toilets and splash everywhere. My husband complains about this a lot when he uses the stalls in men's restrooms. He says that he puts a little bit of toilet paper into the bowl before he pees so he can pee on that and not splash onto the floor and the walls.

Because men have an awful aim. The toilet is a pretty big thing but men can not hit it or do not even try. If you let a man pee in your house you can be pretty sure there will be pee on the floor, or the wall, or the side of the toilet, or anything close by, or on all of them. I is disgusting.

She sounds like a contol freak, no offence! Not all women try to to that. Just tell her you wont do it, why would it bother her anyway what way you go to the toliet?!

lol...wow....now that's what I call Micro-management.
Unless you are peeing all over the place, I have no idea why a woman would want a man to sit down to pee...how totally UN~natural.
Is she controlling in other areas as well?

There was a urologist years ago on TV who was promoting this. He said it was a way to avoid getting prostrate problems in men as they get older. He went in to detail about why it was better from a biological view but I don't remember enough to repeat it.

Um I've never asked my boyfriend to sit down! I couldn't care less what he does in the bathroom, in fact I'd rather not know.
