Oh yes. I am most of the time in the summer and early fall, inside and outside, but during the winter it's just inside.
When it's 14 degrees outside with about 5 inches of snow, there is much more incentive to put on shoes. Then you look forward to summer with a lot of excitement!

Not me personally, with the exception of bathing and going to be in some body of water (not counting rain and snow puddles and mud puddles! lol!). The only way I'll bare foot in a house is if the floor is perfectly clean! Me picky about getting my feet DIR-TAY (dirty) But I don't mind getting it dirty in the sand.
I GOT to have at least socks or slippers indoors and I got to have me shoes outside!

Yes, I'm always barefoot, haven't worn footwear for over ten years. It doesn't screw up your feet; shoes do!

No. It's 9 degrees here, with about 5 inches of snow on the ground...

On the wet sand, yes, or some nice thick, clean grass.
