I need to delete it but it says it needs my password but i forgot it is there any other way?

Yes you can go to start, run and type in, c://program files and click on browse, then look for program files and click on program files and now look for the file name if it is "watchdog". Then try and delete the file. If the file says it is write protected, reboot and try again. If it still will not delete because says, "write protected", contact me and I will give you the link for a software program that will delete a write protected file, and instructions on how to delete the file.

You can also go to start, search and type in, "watchdog", and let your pc search for the file and delete everything related to the name "watchdog". If some files say write protected and will not delete try reboot. If still will not delete then you will need the software I mentioned.

I would tell you how to remove from the registry. Have reservations, because you are not able to delete the file, tells me that you are not an expert in computers and make take out the wrong registry keys and destroy your system.
