Montreal is astounding. in case you % the nightlife or club section, flow downtown close to guy Concordia metro. it is likewise close to each and all the colleges and is extremely energetic and youthful. whether this is particularly costly. i'm speaking like $800-900 for a a million mattress room. in case you % the greater artsy/hipster section with the main important park in MTL (mount royal) you could flow to the Plateau. this is somewhat alluring yet in basic terms nicely worth it once you're with roommates and splitting lease, cuz this is way overpriced there. yet another advantageous section is Rosemount/Villeray section. this is north of downtown, takes approximately 25 minutes by way of metro to get downtown, whether it has a selection of of parks and is greater residential. you will detect a a million mattress room for $six hundred and this is comfortable residing. in addition they have an awesome outdoor marketplace close to Jean Talon metro. finally there is factor St. Charles. this is the impending neighbourhood so perhaps by way of the time you come right here, it is going to likely be greater helpful. on the 2nd this is a sprint "ghetto" however the charges are authentic, there are some parks, and this is great on the brink of DT. Like 10 minutes by way of bus max. stable success and enjoy Montreal once you get right here!

Biddles is (was?) the other one the first answerer was thinking of. I'd vote for Upstairs myself but it's been a long time...
