My boyfriend has said that he wanted a Wii and I was thinking about getting it for him for Christmas. Where could I find one for the cheapest price?

I doubt you can. Again, demand exceeds supply for the Wii, and Nintendo has (again) failed in making enough for the holiday season. Your best bet is to call all of your local stores and see when their next shipment comes in, and be willing to head over there at opening to get one.
Retail is $250. You should not pay more than that (unless it's part of a bundle package).

Unfortunately, they are being hoarded by people selling them on eBay. (I know a couple of people doing that) They are going for $500 bucks and even more on there. To get one at a store, for the regular price ($250) you will have to work at it. Call stores near you and find out when shipments come in, if/when they are expecting more Wii consoles. You might even have to stand in line at a store before it opens if you know they will have some. They seem to go quickly at Best Buy, Circuit City and the like. The people I know that have bought some this week found them at Game Stops.
You might be better off bying just a game or controller, with a promise to get one after the holidays, when the supply catches up with the demand.

Oh man sorry, good luck, the cheapest price is the retail price $250
People selling the retail wii on ebay and people are bidding up to $400
You have to go to Gamestop everyday or ask them if you can reserve a wii.
I went to gamestop one time, i saw behind the counter they have 5 wiis, in 30 mins 2 wiis left, so i bought one. I was going to sell it, but theres a game i want for wii and also since its hard to get , i should keep it.

To tell ya Wii's are way understocked there might be a little more in this holiday unless you camp out at a local gamestop or wait there till the shipment comes in you may get one for a normal price, on eBay there really expensive about 200 to 300 dollers more, best bet is to keep your eyes and ears open to hear where people are selling them and when you can get them

The lowest price you're going to find it for is $250. It can be bought at Wal-Mart or Toys R Us for that price. The Wii is still relatively new and won't be found for any lower anywhere yet.

You can try ebay......... but honestly i don't think you will be able to find a new, cheap one. It is still a very popular item. I had to fight in the lines last year for mine & even though it is not as bad as it was..... it is still running out quiet a bit from what I hear. Wal-mart would be the cheapest. $250.00....but i don't think it will get any cheaper than that. Sorry!!!!

The secret to finding a wii is to pay a visit to a big retailer, such a wal-mart, but in a small town. I live in a small town, and it is fairly easy to find a wii here. Another tip: visit a big, but "undiscovered" retailer, such as k-mart. Believe me, k-mart is a secret treasure trove! They carry lots of stuff for just as cheap as wal-mart, but no one thinks to go there.

Really they all run for $250 right now because they are low in stock. The only place that might have them a little cheaper is Walmart or Sams club.

Just check the ads in the sunday newspaper...and get it wherever the best deal is...also make sure your place has a good return policy
