No. It is the word of God, written by his inspired Prophets, and then Man got a hold of it and changed it to fit their lifestyle instead of doing what's right and fitting their lifestyle to it. So, yes, it is tainted but not all the good is out of it. Plus, I don't know what Bible you're reading, but I read the King James version, and I can assure you some of that stuff is NOT in it.
