I like mine with real butter and Parm. cheese.
And off the cob is easier to eat in my opinion. How about you?

I love corn. I like it with out the cob, because it's alot easier to eat, since now I have braces.

But I prefer cobbed corn. It's more of an adventure. I really love corn with hot butter, pepper and salt. Mmhmm!

Corn is my favorite vegetable so I like it just about any way except from a can. Call me spoiled, but I grew up eating only fresh or frozen veggies...that's what my Mom made. I don't like the taste of canned...blech!! =oÞ

I love it:
*Popped
*Creamed
*Yellow or white with loads of butter (low fat/cholesterol type of course)
*On the cob with butter & salt (I use a salt substitute that's just as good & tastes the same)
*In casseroles or soups/stews

You name it, I'll probably eat it! =o) OoOoh butter & parmesan cheese sounds good!! I've never had corn that way, I'll have to try it ;o)

On the cob, dripping with real butter and enough salt that I can feel my arteries hardening.

I like mine cut fresh off the ear, sauted in butter. Add some scallions and some salt and pepper.
