Let's say there is a girl who KNOWS this guy likes her. Officially they are just friends, however they only became friends a few months ago and the girl has known the guy likes her the entire time they had this "friendship" develop...
After some small argument, the guy decided he'd had enough. He hates mind games, and decided he would politely try to distance himself from the girl.
Then, after not getting any attention, the girl's first response is anger. Then she becomes very nice, as if trying to forget the argument. Afterwards, she tells him on the phone "You need to reprioritize. Priority #1? Me haha" in a joking but nice voice.
Priority #1 implies a relationship right? "more than friends?"
Does she want a relationship with the guy???

She may want a relationship (thats my first guess) but she also may have worded it wrong. Some people like attention from everyone, even if it is not in "that way." This guy needs to figure out what kind of person she is before making any decisions. If she is an attention grabber she is capable of cheating and/or verbal abuse (to get what she wants) and possibly more. So maybe it would be best to leave her alone? Or she could just be angry that he hasnt taken action and asked her out yet? He needs to be upfront with her - its the only way.

I would say no she does not. She likes the attention and likes to feel wanted. If she wanted a relationship the guy would know, FOR SURE. Most girls are not good at hiding their feelings, if she wanted the guy all to herself she would make that happen and would not want to take the chance of him finding someone else. It does not seem that this is the case. Why doesn't this guy just ask her , say "so do you want to be my girlfriend" it sounds like a joking thing but serious. see what she says and how she reacts.

could be but the guy should ask her what she meant by that cuz he doesnt want to embarass himself, she might mean that he is her friend and that she misses talking and hanging with him. the guy needs to talk to her and give her attention also just try asking her out.

She is the flirty type like me...and if she thinks a guy doesn't like her then it drives her crazy...so she said that because she wants you to like her back.
