oooh. i disagree with everyone else. if you're using it to describe an actual branded Jeep, then it needs to be capitalised. if you are using it as a generic, to describe any jeep-y thing (like a Hummer or a Landrover) then you could put jeep.

so a hoover is only a Hoover if it's made by Hoover, otherwise it's a hoover.
